The monthly meeting of the Downtown Task Force. Get together to enjoy snacks, fellow downtown bike enthusiasts, and discuss bicycle issues to advocate for Downtown.
Topics will include graphics and outreach related to supporting great outcomes on Hennepin Avenue and Washington Avenue to the U as well as the latest on 3rd Avenue and 11th Ave S protected bike lanes. Lots happening now and lots of opportunities for us. If you have a topic you want on the agenda, please let me know.
And before the meeting, join the Winter Bike Parade as part of the Winter Cycling Congress. It leaves at 4:30pm from the Commons Hotel (615 Washington Ave SE near the East Bank Green Line station). We'll keep this month's meeting to 1 hour so those who are interested, can go as a group to the parade after-party at the Weisman.
